SMS Alert Consent

EverHomeCall — How we collect and honor consent for text message alerts

About EverHomeCall

EverHomeCall is an AI-powered daily check-in service for seniors and independent adults. Subscribers receive a brief, friendly phone call each day. If a subscriber does not answer or if the call flags a concern, their designated emergency contacts are notified by SMS.

How Consent Is Collected

During account enrollment, the subscriber (or a family member acting on their behalf) provides the names and phone numbers of one or more emergency contacts. Before submitting, the enrolling party must acknowledge the following consent statement:

Consent statement shown at enrollment:

"By adding an emergency contact, I confirm that this person has agreed to receive SMS alerts from EverHomeCall (+1-844-523-4116) if a check-in concern is detected. They understand that:

  • Messages are sent only when a call outcome requires follow-up — not on a fixed schedule.
  • They can reply STOP at any time to opt out of future alerts.
  • They can reply HELP for support information.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply."
