When you use EverHomeCall, we collect the following information:
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (hashed)
- Contact information: the name and phone number of the person receiving calls, and any emergency contacts you add
- Call logs: timestamps, call outcomes (answered, missed, no answer), and call duration
- Payment information: billing details are collected and stored by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers
- Usage data: how you interact with the service (account settings, subscription changes)
2. How We Use It
We use your information to:
- Deliver scheduled check-in calls to the number you provide
- Send SMS alerts to emergency contacts when configured
- Process and manage your subscription
- Communicate service updates, billing notices, and support responses
- Improve the reliability and quality of the service
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
EverHomeCall relies on the following third-party providers to operate:
- Retell AI — powers the AI voice conversations during calls
- Twilio — delivers voice calls and SMS messages to phone numbers
- Stripe — processes subscription payments
- Supabase — stores account and call data on secure, hosted PostgreSQL
- Render — hosts the EverHomeCall application
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and call log data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for billing dispute resolution.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@everhomecall.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled databases. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
7. Children's Privacy
EverHomeCall is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or site notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
