EverHomeCall works for any situation where regular check-ins matter:
- Seniors living alone — daily connection and a safety net for families
- Latchkey kids — a friendly check-in call when a parent can't be home
- Post-surgery or post-hospitalization — structured monitoring during recovery
- Chronic illness or disability — consistent check-ins without burdening family
- Mental health support — regular touchpoints for anxiety, depression, or recovery
- Independent living — anyone who lives alone and benefits from daily contact
If someone in your life shouldn't go a day without someone checking in, EverHomeCall is built for that.
EverHomeCall uses AI voices — Grace (daily check-ins) and Jackson (health monitoring). They're warm, natural, and conversational. Most people find them indistinguishable from a real caller. The calls follow a guided structure but adapt to what your loved one says.
If a call goes unanswered, you'll receive an alert. Depending on your plan, emergency contacts can also be notified. We log all missed calls so you can see the pattern over time.
No. They just answer the phone — that's it. No smartphone required, no apps, no setup on their end. EverHomeCall works with any phone number, including landlines.
Grace calls daily — morning and evening — for warm conversation and a general wellness check. She's great for seniors who live alone and benefit from regular connection.
Jackson calls twice a week with a structured health focus — pain scores, medication compliance, and mood tracking. He's ideal for seniors with ongoing health concerns.
The Guardian plan includes both.

Yes — full transcripts of every call are available in your dashboard. You can read exactly what was said, review trends over time, and spot changes in mood or health that might otherwise go unnoticed.

No. EverHomeCall is a wellness check-in service, not a medical or emergency response system. If your loved one is in immediate danger, call 911. EverHomeCall is a supplement to care — not a replacement for it.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
EverHomeCall is a wellness check-in service, not a healthcare provider or medical service — so we are not required to comply with HIPAA. We don't create, store, or transmit protected health information (PHI) as defined by law.
What we do instead is hold ourselves to a higher standard by choice. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, never used for advertising, and strictly access-controlled. We collect only what's needed to deliver the service — call logs, account info, and the contact details you provide.
We believe being privacy-conscious and data-security focused shouldn't require a legal mandate. It's simply the right way to handle information about the people you love.
